30-Day Return Window
We offer a generous 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange.

- Item is unused and in original condition
- Original packaging and tags are intact
- Return initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Item is not on the non-returnable list

- Item has been used, washed, or altered
- Original packaging or tags are missing
- Return requested after 30 days
- Item is listed as non-returnable
Return Process
Initiate Return
Log into your account, go to your order history, and click 'Request Return' on the item you wish to return. Alternatively, email us at hello@rosamysticaindia.com.
Ship It Back
Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Our logistics partner will arrange a pickup from your address at no extra cost.
Get Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Refund Timeline
- Inspection: 1–2 business days after we receive the return.
- Refund Initiated: Within 24 hours of successful inspection.
- Amount Credited: 5–7 business days to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.).
- COD Orders: Refund via bank transfer. You will be asked to provide bank details.
Exchange Policy
Want a different size, colour, or product? We are happy to exchange! Simply initiate an exchange request within the 30-day window, and we will ship the new item as soon as we receive the original one.
If the replacement item is of higher value, you will be asked to pay the difference. If it is of lower value, the difference will be refunded.
Note: Exchange is subject to stock availability.
