Damaged or Wrong Item? We’ve Got You

As our squashes and syrups are consumable food products, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind or once a bottle has been opened — this keeps every order safe and hygienic. However, if your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, simply report it within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll send a free replacement or full refund.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or you received the wrong item, email hello@rosamysticaindia.com or WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Quick Verification

Our team reviews your photos and confirms the issue — usually within 1–2 business days. No need to ship anything back in most cases.

Replacement or Refund

We'll ship a free replacement right away, or process a full refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method — your choice.

Refund Timeline

  • Verification: 1–2 business days after you share photos.
  • Refund Initiated: Within 24 hours of approval.
  • Amount Credited: 5–7 business days to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.).
  • COD Orders: Refund via bank transfer. You will be asked to provide bank details.

Wrong Flavour Delivered?

Received the wrong flavour or product? Let us know within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we’ll ship the correct item right away at no extra cost.

In most cases there’s no need to send the original bottle back — please keep or dispose of it as advised by our team.
