Our Story
Rosa Mystica India began in the hills of Uttarakhand, inspired by the wild Buransh (rhododendron) that blooms across the Himalayas every spring. We set out to bottle the flavours of the mountains — crafting squashes and syrups in small batches, from Buransh and Malta to Mint Lemon Ginger, Lemon and Rose. Each bottle is a concentrate: just mix with chilled water or soda for a refreshing drink.

How to Enjoy
Every bottle is a concentrate. Just mix one part squash with chilled water or soda, add ice, and enjoy. Rose syrup pairs beautifully with chilled milk for a classic sharbat. Our squashes are great for everyday refreshment, parties, and gifting.
